RETURNS POLICY
To our esteemed customer
You have 21 days from the date of delivery to create your return or exchange. Once your return is authorised, you have 14 days to ship the items back to us.

Items must be returned to us unused with all original, undamaged packaging including all product labels, stuffing, and dust bags.
Purchased items may not be returned to stockists.

Once received, returned items will undergo a full quality control check. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving returned goods. Please note refunds can take up to 3-7 working days for the refund to reach you once we have processed it from our side.

FAULTY ITEMS

The Pwani Leather House sandals are all handmade. We are committed to offering stunning well-crafted products that wear well.

Our leather is dyed and cut by hand. The products are also embellished and finished by hand. Inconsistencies may occur including slight variances and nicks in the leather. There may also be a slight, initial transference of the dye. These are not defects and are elements that add to the authentic, handmade nature of the products.

When creating your return, please select ‘faulty’ as the reason for your return. You will need to submit images highlighting the fault. You can request a refund or an exchange. If deemed faulty, we will notify you of your refund / exchange via email.

Products returned will be refunded in full. We will also provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item back to us.
